Postpartum Doula Services
Overnight Support
For many parents, sleep deprivation is one of the more challenging parts of bringing a new baby home. With postpartum doula care, you can get a good night’s rest while your baby has their needs met. Even if you are breastfeeding and still waking to nurse or pump, you can head right back to sleep while your postpartum doula handles burping, diapering, soothing, and any other needs your baby may require.
Overnight Postpartum Support Includes:
- Full infant care while you sleep (bottle feeding, diapering, burping, soothing)
- Night feeding support (bringing baby to nurse if you are breastfeeding)
- Emotional support and encouragement
- Newborn care education and instruction
- Light household tasks, once baby’s needs are met (dishes, laundry, light tidying)
Overnight Postpartum Support is $360/night for an 8 hour shift. Support hours are from 10:00pm to 6:00am, Sunday to Thursday.
